"Fantastic tea shop, my husband brought me a wonderful gift for Christmas of organic green tea from here, and they made up a special selection of the organic ones especially for him, as they don't currently have an organic taster pack. So helpful , and the tea is exceptional. I can't decide which is my favourite but this will definitely be the place we go from now on for our tea. "Their tea is lovely, but the best thing about this shop is that they introduced us to Zotter chocolate. My wife can't have dairy and absolutely loves their vegan bars, especially the tangerine matcha one. "I'd never visited Warwick before despite not living too far away, I had a lovely time but this tea shop was a highlight! The styling in the shop is so clever because it's brimming with every type of tea you could wish for but the feeling in there is so calm and feels spacious despite the fact it's a smaller shop. Finding such a quaint, authentic shop feels like an utter treat these days. Was perfectly comfortable browsing, the owner gave me lots of freedom to wander round and didn't make me feel pressured to purchase. When I had a query he was warm and positive. The teas I chose are absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to return. Would be a fantastic place for purchasing as gifts too, lots of mugs and cups, tea caddy and teapots. I can't wait to return. Definitely buying the larger portions next time!"

I heard the vague rustle of staff in the darkness of the shop recesses. A staff member appeared and asked if I needed assistance.
